so we can reschedule.
- We may cancel or reschedule a booking if required; we will notify you as
soon as possible.
4. Showcase access
Some parts of the site (the Fire Services showcase) require a free signup.
By signing up you agree:

cost unless stated as included.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- you own the data you provide and the final deliverables custom-built for
you;
- we retain ownership of our tools, processes, templates, and code
libraries used to deliver services;
- we do not claim ownership of content you add to your own site.
7. Your obligations
- Provide accurate contact and business information.
- Obtain any licences, consents, or permissions needed for content you give us.
- Keep access credentials for any accounts you share limited to those who need them.
8. Our obligations

We collect only the information needed to provide services and run the site:
contact details, basic signup information, and booking preferences. We do not
sell your data. For full details, see our privacy practices; you may request a
copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing

confirm appointments via calendar integration.
10. Liability
- We provide services with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for
indirect or consequential loss resulting from use of the site or services.
- The demo/showcase systems are illustrative. Do not rely on them for
operational decisions in production environments.
- Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian consumer law.
11. Termination
- Either party may end an engagement with reasonable written notice,
subject to payment for work completed to that date.
